Yoga can soothe sore muscles and is safe during all stages of pregnancy. If you decide to do yoga during your pregnancy just make sure that you avoid extreme positions where your legs are stretched far apart and do not lay on your back. Just like pilates, you can take yoga classes at your local gym or parks and rec department, enjoy online yoga videos or purchase yoga dvds. If you are taking any kind of fitness class it is crucial that your instructor know that you are pregnant.
